To ask about her expectations. To make sure that kids are not only receiving the standard things like snack time, meals, homework help, etc she always take it to another level to make sure they are having fun, being imaginative, doing their homework, learning their homework, teaching good manners, teaching kindness, teaching and showing compassion. Ayah is a literal gem. Unfortunately we moved out of state and losing Ayah was truly unfortunate for my family. We actually flew her out to us, two states away to help when we first moved, that is how much my kids and I adore her!
