About Aya

Hi! I'm a reliable, energetic, and caring sitter with years of experience working with children of all ages. As the oldest of four siblings, I've cared for kids from newborns to teenagers and also have toddler experience through daycare settings and babysitting. I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Biology degree and a certificate in healthcare professions, giving me a strong background in health and safety. I cheered competitively through middle school and at Southern Methodist University, and later coached at an all-star competitive cheer gym for children ages 6 through high school. I also served as a Resident Assistant for high school students in summer college programs such as Welch Summer Scholars and Subiendo Academy. I have over three years of K-12 tutoring experience, love cooking and baking, and take pride in keeping a tidy space. I truly enjoy working with kids and creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment for families.
