About Awa

Hi! I'm Awa, a junior at UCLA majoring in International Development Studies, with a minor in Mathematics. I offer online-only tutoring, homework help, and test prep tailored to each student's needs. I have years of tutoring experience and have worked as a learning assistant for math and writing courses at UCLA. In high school, I was also an assistant teaching aide for 5th graders. I've completed advanced coursework in math, science, English, social studies, and Spanish. I'm an IB Diploma graduate, took multiple AP/Honors classes, and scored a 1520 on the SAT and 32 on the ACT. I tutor subjects including math, writing, social studies, and test prep. My approach is patient, clear, and flexible, I work to build confidence and make learning effective and enjoyable!
