We hired Awa for temporary need as our regular nanny was out of the country. Awa is an excellent babysitter as she is able to make friends with my baby within the first 15 mins when Awa met my baby. My baby is typically defensive to new people but Awa has her special approach to quickly click with her. Throughout the day, Awa was able to take care of my baby independently (and happily) without too much intervention from us. We can tell Awa likes baby from inside so would recommend her to anyone needs a good babysitter like her.
