About Avry

I am a college student who is attending Sacramento state as a public health major with a minor in childhood development. I am also a person who understand the importance of quality in a child's life. I have been involved in special education since highschool and transitioned my passion into my professional life obtaining my aba therapies license for autistic children. Self expression and exploration is a crucial aspect in development and is very important to me, or in simpler terms I am a sucker for arts and crafts or really anything creative. I am the type of provider who does not impose a hierarchy structure but instead an open channel of communication for the child/children to feel heard and understood. However that does not mean rules and boundaries are not put in place, as the real world has, but more so a safe space for expression of frustrations to help navigate the young years through equal open communication.
