About Avery

I've had younger sisters since I was 2 years old, and I've been helping take care of them for as long as I can remember. This past summer, I worked extensively with kids 3-12 at a summer art camp. Working with kids is a lot of work, but it is also a lot of fun. I think kids have important things to say, and I love to treat them as equals that need a little more help. I have lots of activities up my sleeves, like fun crafts, games, and books I can bring from home. I'd be happy to help with light housework and cooking if needed. I'm organized, reliable, and hopefully fun to be around. Safety is my top priority when watching other people's kids, so creating a safe and stable environment is key. At the end of the day though, I love working and talking with kids, they are an important part of our future!
