About Avery

I'd describe my personality as empathetic, responsible, and trustworthy I like working with animals because I always leave in a better mood than when I started. I love learning the personalities and adapting my care to the traits each animal shows. The trust and compassion you earn working with animals is unmatched. I have had animals my whole life, but started pet sitting other peoples animals 8 years ago. I now volunteer at a reptile rescue, work at a vaccine clinic, and shadow a vet giving me lots of animal care experience. One thing you should know about me is I am a college student athlete with a busy schedule. Most of my available time is in the morning and weekends. My skills include handling dogs while walking, administering medications, and meticulously following instruction provided.
