I couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible care and love Ms. Avery has shown my youngest child. From day one, she created a warm, welcoming environment that helped him acclimate quickly, despite being very shy. Her kindness and compassion are truly unmatched. What really stood out was her clear communication and responsiveness. Whether it was sharing the highlights of a wonderful day or explaining any challenges—like when S. wasn’t listening (which happens from time to time 😊)—she always kept me in the loop. I appreciated how she explained what happened and what steps were taken, so I always felt confident that every situation was handled thoughtfully and fairly. What sets Ms. Avery apart is her ability to go above and beyond. Even though she primarily worked with my youngest, she made a genuine effort to build relationships with my three other kids as well, showing just how deeply she cares about all children. She is everything you could hope for in a nanny—responsible, loving, and deeply dedicated. The world would be a much better place if more people shared Ms. Avery’s compassion and love. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have her looking after their children. I wholeheartedly recommend her for any childcare position—her warmth, professionalism, and genuine love for kids make her an exceptional caregiver and human being.
