About Avery

Hi! I'm Avery -- a dependable and nurturing caregiver with years of hands-on experience. As the oldest of eight siblings, childcare has been a natural part of my life for as long as I can remember. I was actively involved in caring for my younger siblings, including two who were born when I was a teenager, so I'm comfortable with all age groups -- from infants to pre-teens. While in college, I worked as a daycare teacher, caring for children between 18 months and 11 years old. During that time, I received extensive training in child safety, hygiene, nutrition, and developmentally appropriate support, which I still apply in my care approach today. I'm available evenings and weekends for after-school care, babysitting, pickups/drop-offs, and help with homework or evening routines. I'm reliable, patient, and quick to build trust with both kids and parents. I'd love to be a supportive and consistent presence for your family!
