About Avery

I'm a loving, dependable, and enthusiastic nanny who genuinely enjoys helping children learn, grow, and feel confident. I have experience with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers and love creating age-appropriate activities like sensory play, crafts, outdoor adventures, and early learning. I started as a paid mother's helper during COVID and have since worked in an in-home daycare, as an after-school nanny, and as a lead toddler teacher. Most recently, I cared for two girls from 3 months and 14 months through their first and second birthdays. I'm experienced with nutritious meals, potty training, tantrum redirection, daily routines, developmental milestones, and teaching sharing and turn-taking. I'm looking for a family where I can build a genuine relationship and become a trusted part of their lives. Outside of nannying, I enjoy walks with my dog, family and friends, cooking, baking, and DIY projects.
