Avery failed to buckle my son in his seat belt. After she yelled at him, she felt guilty and took him to McDonald's without my permission. She was supposed to just bring him home, but she hoped she could bribe him with ice cream so he wouldn't tell me about his seat belt. She then admitted it when my son got home. She seems incapable of handling important safety pressure situations. Please beware. We were lucky nothing happened on the drive home. She came off as having initiative initially but then got quickly complacent.
