About Avery

Hi! My name is Avery and I have 9 years of experience in childcare and education. I am a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and currently work in an elementary school, where I support students with self-regulation, emotional skills, and positive behavior strategies. I also coach high school cheerleading, which has strengthened my leadership, patience, and ability to connect with kids of all ages. I am seeking a summer-only nanny position and am available full-time while school is out. I'm passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children feel supported and confident.
