Avery was exceptional with our kids. We have 3... 1 ten year old son and boy/girl twins that are currently 8. Her responsibilities were to pick our kids up after school, handle homework, take our one son to and from his tutor twice a week, and pick another up from an after school activity. She was able to tackle all of this with no issues. As another parent looking for care for your children, you should know that Avery handled any outbursts or meltdowns by our kids with authority. A few additional strengths would be her flexibility. If routines changed, she just went with the flow and also her ability to muli-task, with 3 kids that close in age it is a must. We were very sad to see her go and would hire her back in a minute. When she left, she went above and beyond, by creating a list of her after school activities with our kids, strategies that she used with our kids to help with homework and even came on the first day with our new help to walk her through the routine.
