Avery was absolutely great with our son while she watched him and was fairly reliable until she wasn’t. We gave her a 2 month notice we were moving out of the area and would need her help until we moved. She gave us a 12 hour notice that she found a new job and would be starting that job the next day. This was just days before our move when we needed her the most. It left us in a very tough place with no backup childcare available requiring us to take off work and rework our moving plans.
