About Avery

Caring for children is more than a job for me; it's a passion. My three years of experience have solidified my desire to positively impact children's lives, which began with early babysitting experiences and my job at school. At school I had an internship with True North of Columbia where I provided trauma informed care and supervision for young children of domestic violence and sexual assault survivors during support group sessions. I have lots of experience with children and can care for your child's needs. I am certified in CPR training and have completed Early Child Development Coursework at school. I'm patient, friendly, and always ready to engage in fun activities, from outdoor sports to educational games. I'm comfortable caring for 1-2 children and happy to help with carpooling, swimming supervision, etc. My goal is to provide a safe, stimulating, and happy environment for your child, and I look forward to the possibility of becoming a part of your family's support system!
