About Avery

My name is Avery, and I recently received my Bachelor's in Elementary Education at Clemson University and will be starting my Master of Arts in Teaching in July. I am a positive, reliable, patient, and creative individual who can provide a supervised, safe, and stable environment for your children. Right after high school, I was a full-time nanny for a family of five, and I have continued nannying for multiple families since then! Additionally, I have experience with preschool-aged children, having supervised and taught children ages 3-5 at a preschool for two years. Last summer, I spent a month abroad in Italy studying the Reggio Emilia approach to teaching. During this time, I observed several preschools and primary schools, taught an English lesson, and gained valuable insights into this educational philosophy. I am highly organized and passionate about working with children and look forward to bringing these experiences to support your family.
