About Avery

I'd describe my personality as enthusiastic, caring, and creative. I like working with kids because their perspectives teach me new things all the time! I'm looking for a job that has 4 or fewer children and no swimming. I'm totally okay with any extra tasks as well. I started working with kids when I turned 14 and my brother and sister (twins!) were born. I learned quickly that I loved caring for kids other than my siblings as well. In my spare time, I like to go to the gym, read books, and learn new languages. I'm currently learning Spanish and Chinese (Mandarin). One thing you should know about me is that I always prioritize safety first. I know how to have fun, but I would rather be the boring babysitter than one who does not prioritize safety. My skills include lots of experience with children with autism (especially 2-6), experience with twins, experience with a variety of pets (cats, dog, spider, lizard, fish, etc.), being able to drive, and cooking.
