It was long and wooden and the end of the broom had a stiff sharp material like hay or something similar. If you have the chance, hire Avery! Avery served as our family housekeeper and organizer for our family for many years, coming three days per week. We would highly recommend Avery. Avery gets so much done! Every time she left our house, it was organized, clean, cheery. Avery pays attention to details. She is responsive to feedback and directions. She is proactive - cleaning and organizing part of our home I hadn't even noticed needed it. Avery's organizational skills are amazing.
