Hi! I'm Avery! I'm described as approachable, kindhearted, and goofy! I have never had a job more fulfilling than nannying. Every little one is unique, and I love getting to know them and working with their parents to foster a safe, nurturing, and fun childhood! In my spare time, I like to do arts and crafts! I love to read and write, and when the weather's nice I enjoy paddleboarding! One thing you should know about me is I have a back injury as well as feet issues, so I may sit down often or have to limit activities like walks around the neighborhood to being under an hour. But I will always do my best to be active in any way I can with the kids! I am great at playing with kids! Pretend or toys, I can do it easily! I am good at conflict resolution and enforcing the family's preferred use of discipline (if there is any) as well.

Avery is such a wonderful nanny! She watched all of my kiddos ages 6, 4, 2, and 1! They all love her! She is kind, fun, loving, responsible, and such a hard worker! My daughter says “She is the best nanny!” And my son says “She is my favorite nanny!” She truly enjoys being around kids which provided so much comfort to me knowing I would be leaving all my kids with her! She helped around the home which I really appreciated! If she hadn’t moved, we would still have her as our nanny! I give her my highest recommendation! She is the best!
