About Averona

Hi! I'm Averona. I have experience in both childcare and leadership roles, and I'm currently pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering. I've been a full-time nanny to my baby nephews, local babysitting and previously worked in fitness and wellness, where I learned the importance of structure, patience, and creating a safe, supportive environment. I'm CPR-certified, organized, and bring a calm, loving energy that helps kids feel comfortable and engaged. I'm also happy to assist with homework, light meals, or tidying. I genuinely love building meaningful connections with families and always make sure children feel safe, seen, and cared for.
