We hired Averie mid October for care of our 2 year old, 3 days a week. We had two Nannie’s before who our child loved. Our little cried just about every day and had increased anger issues, hitting and throwing fits. Our neighbors nanny who did play dates with her said she didn’t seem capable of caring for a toddler. Then she informed us she was exposed to Covid over thanksgiving. We asked her to test (my wife is 34w pregnant) not only did she refuse, she then quit without notice in her reply.
