About Averie

With over 10 years of nannying and babysitting experience across five wonderful families, I've made caring for children my passion and my craft. I believe every child deserves an environment where curiosity is celebrated, which is why I incorporate Montessori-inspired play into our days, hands-on learning, independence, and plenty of room for imagination. My background in education and psychology (studied in college) shapes how I approach each child: with patience, structure, and genuine attention to their individual development. Kids open up to me quickly, and I take real pride in becoming a trusted, familiar face in their lives, and someone parents can rely on and children genuinely look forward to seeing.
