About Ava

Hi, my name is Ava! I'm currently a freshman at SEMO majoring in Psychology with a minor in Childhood Trauma, and I maintain a 4. 0 GPA. I have over two years of experience working at Kumon, where I supported students in developing strong academic foundations and study skills. In addition to my tutoring center experience, I've been actively involved in National Honor Society in both high school and college, which has strengthened my leadership, organization, and mentoring abilities. I specialize in reading and writing, and I also provide support in elementary and middle-school level math. I'm passionate about helping students build confidence, improve their academic performance, and develop a love for learning in a supportive and encouraging environment.
