About Ava

I'd describe my personality as amicable, empathetic, and passionate I like working with animals because I want to help animals live their most enjoyable and comfortable life. I am studying animal science and am interested in becoming a veterinarian! I'm looking for a job that respects my time and provides a safe work environment. I started working with animals when I began dog walking around my neighborhood in middle school! Since then I have volunteered with aquatic animals and wildlife, as well as volunteered in general small animal practices and shelters. I am extremely passionate about animals and will always have your pets best interest in mind. Although I do not have years of paid animal care, I do have years of volunteer experience with wildlife and general companion animals. I understand the essential husbandry and care that each pet should receive! My skills include understanding animal behavior, animal restraint, and overall husbandry care
