About Ava

Hi! I'm responsible, caring, punctual, and empathetic with approximately 9 years of childcare experience ranging from caring for infants to teenagers. I value creating a healthy, stable, and educational environment to promote positive habits and mindsets. I'm accustomed to helping with schoolwork and extra tasks and have experience caring for children in a daycare setting, as well as in large and small groups, although I have been a live-out nanny for most of my working career. I'm energetic, reliable, adaptable, and competent in all household tasks. I'm passionate about helping kiddos learn and grow into the best versions of themselves and am constantly making sure I'm growing my knowledge. I prefer a Montessori style in my teaching but my main goal is to be an extension of your parenting. I am CPR and first aid certified, I don't smoke, I have my own vehicle and I adore pets!
