Hi I'm Avary! I am a wife and mother to my beautiful daughter which gives me firsthand parenting experience that strengthens my ability to provide patient, attentive, and nurturing care. I have 6+ years of experience working with kids in different settings including my time as an afterschool paraeducator, substitute teaching, kids coordinator coordinating kids 0-5th grade, babysitting/nannying, childcare worker, and more! I hold a BA in psychology with coursework in child development and education, which helps me support each child's growth and individual needs. I offer flexible hours and focus on partnering with parents to tailor my approach for every child, creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment.
