Lacks experience working with infants. Used her phone while on the job. Put diaper on incorrectly and a dirty diaper back on. Lacks common sense not to go outside barefoot and come back in house to play in baby’s playpen with dirty feet. Let go after 5 days, since I was not satisfied with her method of handling an infant. She moved her too much while feeding her and tried flying her in the air, which was a safety concern. Her methods of taking care of a baby are not up to date.
