I have extensive background in childcare, both privately and professionally- totaling over 6 years. I became a full-time nanny when I was 15! From then on, I've worked at multiple licensed child care facilities (Including being an infant teacher, preschool teacher, pre-k teacher) and nannied for multiple families. On the side, I've also done some overnights and weekend babysitting. I believe childcare is more than just a job, collecting a check. Caring for your children as if they're my own family is my standard. Nurturing their innocence and being a positive influence in their lives, building trust with you, assisting in their development is all important to me.. We have twin boys ( 4 years old) and a 1 1/2 year old girl. She is always sweet, calm and caring. Avaree handles them with such ease and my kids adore her. We have her babysit and she has also done a long weekend and took them out for fun activities as well as did a great job keeping to their schedule. Avaree is thoughtful and you can tell she loves what she does. Any family would be lucky to have her.
