About Ava

Hi, I'm Ava! I have a very strong passion for creating a positive impact on children as well as being a role model for them. My journey into childcare began with smaller babysitting roles for family friends around the age of 14. By the age of 16 I was working summer camps. I discovered the happiness it brings me working with children and creating a safe yet fun environment for them. My approach to childcare is centered around bringing joy to children. I love throwing a football outside, coming up with hands-on crafts, as well as watching movies and TV shows with children. I strongly believe in open and honest communication with parents, providing regular updates using their preferred communication method to ensure the best collaborative partnership. I'd describe my personality as kind, caring, and outgoing. In my spare time, I like to listen to music and go to the beach or pool.
