About Ava

Hi! I'm Ava, and I have a strong background in childcare across both classroom and home settings. I currently work with children ages 2-4 in a preschool environment, where I manage daily routines, guide behavior, and create engaging, age-appropriate activities. In addition to my classroom experience, I've worked as a nanny and previously ran an in-home daycare, where I cared for multiple children at once. Through this, I've gained hands-on experience with a wide range of ages-from as young as 6 weeks old through preschool. I'm confident in handling feeding schedules, diapering, potty training, naps, transitions, and supporting children through different developmental stages. I'm very organized, reliable, and proactive, and I naturally help keep spaces clean and routines running smoothly. I truly love working with children and creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where they can grow and thrive.
