About Ava

I am starting my Freshmen year at University of Vermont in August, I will be majoring in Environmental Law. For the past five years, I've enjoyed working with children of all ages, from infants to pre-teens. My experience as a ski instructor has prepared me to handle high-stress situations while maintaining a fun, educational environment. I'm patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and puzzles with children. I always follow the parents' lead when it comes to household rules and communication. I am happy to provide regular updates via text or phone call/ follow your preferred method. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children. I will only babysit in Manhattan/NYC because I do not have a car. I am comfortable with pets (I have two dogs of my own). I'm excited to bring my experience and passion for childcare to your family and create a nurturing and engaging environment for your little ones.
