About Ava

Hi, my name is Ava, and I'm 20 years old. Nurturing children's curiosity and helping them reach new milestones is something I'm truly passionate about. I have 3 years of childcare experience, including 1 year working in a preschool and 2 years in an after-school program with children ranging from kindergarten to 4th grade. I'm currently pursuing a degree in Elementary Education and have completed 2 years of college coursework, along with 20 hours of in-person school training. I also have Early Child Development coursework, First Aid Training, and TrustLine certification. I love creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment through outdoor play, educational activities, board games, and creative learning. I'm also happy to assist with meal prep, light housekeeping, carpooling, and swimming supervision. I value open communication with families and strive to make every child feel supported, encouraged, and cared for each day.
