About Ava

Hi everyone, thank you for viewing my profile. My name is Ava and I am currently a college student gaining my degree in speech pathology. I've always had a passion for working with children and love working with them. As for my experience, for the past two years, I worked as a peer partner for students with multiple disabilities. In this role, I supported paraprofessionals with assessing the skills of each student, supporting them during activities, and creating adaptive lesson plans. Additionally, in June 2025 I started working at Childcare Careers as a Teacher's Aide where I work with infants to school age. I have my CPR/AED and first aid certifications for infants, children and adults. I additionally have my child abuse and fire safety training certifications along with certificates in PA heath and safety standards for day cares. I can also provide background, child abuse, sex offender documentation to show that I am verified to work with children. I look forward to working with you
