Hi there! I'm a postpartum doula offering supportive, nurturing care for families during the first year after baby arrives. I provide a blend of education, hands-on support, nourishment, and light household help so you can rest, recover, and feel confident knowing your baby is in good hands. My goal is to bring a sense of calm and peace of mind during this important transition. I offer a minimum of 4-hour shifts during the daytime, with occasional overnight support available. I am available 1-2x a week for nanny care if interested. Im located in Westerly RI but willing to travel up to an hour.
