My husband and I had never hired a babysitter, let alone outsourced the process to an online resource. Needless to say, we were guarded in our journey to find good care. We interviewed several people before meeting Ava and almost instantly knew Ava was PERFECT! When we first met, she introduced herself to our daughter on her level and time. She made us feel very comfortable and we knew we could trust her with our three year old and baby. We hired Ava for 8 weeks over the summer and towards the end of the summer our daughter was calling her. "my Ava". She was a fantastic addition to our family and we even spend a week in Europe with her while we were all vacationing. My only wish would be that ava lived closer so we could hire her full time. She is a gem and a fantastic employee.
