About Ava

Hi everyone! I'm currently a junior at Carlow University majoring in Early Childhood Education. Working with children has always been something I genuinely love, and I feel lucky to be building my career around it. Through my coursework and hands-on field experiences, I've supported children in classroom settings with academics, social development, and creative activities. During the school year, I work at Carlow's Early Learning Center, where I care for children ages 6 weeks to 3 years old. I have also worked with a nonprofit organization supporting children ages 5-10, which has given me experience with a wide range of developmental stages and needs. I'm comfortable caring for multiple children and can assist with meal prep, outdoor play, crafts, and keeping kids engaged in fun, safe activities throughout the day. I am CPR certified and have all required clearances.
