Hello my name is Avalon. I am a tenured CPCA, PCA I've worked with a number of clients over the years I have a passion for healthcare. I am a certified phlebotomist currently enrolled in FDTC for health information management because I want to own and manage healthcare facilities. I am an all around caregiver/field supervisor that creates a personal care plan for patients with systematic assessments , BHI, CCM, Goals, and leisure activities to increase a healthy living.
