Our kids really enjoyed having Ava around for the short time. Everything started off great when the position first opened. Attendance began to lack quite a bit after a few weeks. She then gave her notice after about 2 months of work, letting us know she could finish out the rest of the month to give us time to find a new nanny and ended up ghosting us; no show and no contacting us. Pretty disappointing.
