About Ava

Hi, name is Ava, I grew up in a large family of 11 children and was homeschooled, which taught me responsibility, adaptability, and independence from a young age. Caring for younger siblings helped develop my natural caregiving skills and love for working with children. I have several years of hands-on childcare experience, including work in church nurseries and private childcare. While attending college in Ohio, I worked full-time with three families, caring for children ranging from three months to 13 years old. I am confident in infant care routines such as feeding, diaper changes, naps, and providing calm, attentive support. I also have two years of experience as a Direct Care Worker, which strengthened my patience and attentiveness. I would be honored to provide safe, loving, and reliable care for your family.
