About Ava

Fostering a child's growth and development is my true passion, a calling I have pursued as a career for nearly a decade now. I have held an Infant/Toddler Child Development Associate (CDA) credential through New York State since 2020, along with being CPR and First Aid certified. Helping with the care of my nephews, which began when the oldest was born in 2007, is what sparked my interest in childcare. After gaining experience through them, I started taking local babysitting jobs. When I was finally old enough, I started working at a daycare as an assistant and eventually worked my way up to lead teacher. I am patient, creative, understanding, and always approachable. I am open to full time or part time work, I have my own reliable transportation, and I have no issue with cats or dogs. I am happy to assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and the occasional errand. I look forward to becoming a reliable partner in your family's daily life.
