About Ava

Hi, my name is Ava and I am from Oahu, Hawaii. I'm 22 years old and I have been living in San Diego for the past two years attending college. Prior to San Diego, I was living in Alaska where I worked at a daycare and nannied. I have been working with children since I was 14, and I have worked with children from 4 months to 14 years old, including young children with autism. I am patient, reliable, caring, and love having a fun time! I like working with kids because it comes naturally to me and I have always been comfortable and caring around children and animals. I started working with kids when I was 14, babysitting for family friends children. My first real job was when I was 15 where I was a swim instructor for children. I taught children from the ages 2-6. In my spare time, I like to read, go to the beach, find new restaurants and cafes, and hang out with my friends. My skills include attentiveness, patience, and CPR certification.
