About Ava

HI! I am currently a senior at UGA. Go dawgs! I have about 8 years babysitting all with positive feedback! Although, I am the eldest of 4 children so I like to think I've been babysitting my entire life :) I create a friendly and approachable environment for children to feel comfortable and safe. I prioritize open communication with parents, providing verbal updates at pickup and adapting to their preferred methods of communication. As a psychology major, I have also taken numerous child development courses. I also volunteer for Clarke County in my free time as a mentor, so I have taken multiple courses and been approved by numerous background checks to spend time in schools and be around children. I truly love spending time with children and I hope to make you feel comfortable so you can do things you need to do/enjoy while your children are being cared for.
