About Ava

Hello! My name is Ava! I am 21 years old and currently working for a local school district for after school elementary latchkey, and was recently working there in preschool as well. I am fully background checked, have my childcare license & have been fingerprinted. I have plenty of experience with babysitting/nannying, and a bit of experience in early childhood education. I have 8 younger siblings, so of course I am very comfortable with organized chaos! I love to bake, do crafts/activities, take them outside, go for walks, and anything child led. :) I love helping parents out when I can, while also being able to build individual bonds with the kids! I hope to be one of their "safe people", and want to be a person they look forward to seeing! I strive to make them feel understood, heard, loved, and cared for! I'm all about team work.
