About Ava

Hi! I'm a college student returning to the Waukesha area for the summer and looking to help a local family with childcare. I'm a high-energy, dependable caregiver with eight years of experience working with children of all ages. My background includes private in-home care and professional experience in a fast-paced gym daycare, where I managed groups of children while keeping them safe, engaged, and active. I have experience caring for all developmental stages, from infants and toddler sensory play to helping older kids with homework and activities. I am CPR and First Aid certified and experienced with maintaining high safety standards. I'm a hands-on caregiver who loves outdoor play, arts and crafts, and creative activities. I have reliable transportation and am comfortable with pets and household cleaning. I'm organized, dependable, and available from May 5 through mid-August. I look forward to meeting your family!
