About Ava

Hi! My name is Ava, and I'm a student at Cornell University and I am from Highland Park, Illinois. I have extensive experience working with children through my time as an overnight camp counselor, STEM instructor, mentor, and volunteer. I love creating fun, engaging activities while also providing a safe and supportive environment. I am responsible, energetic, and patient, and I enjoy helping children learn, play, and build confidence. I have experience working with children of different ages and personalities, and I am comfortable assisting with meals, bedtime routines, outdoor activities, homework, and transportation if needed.
