About Ava

I'm a caregiver with five years of experience, and I'm passionate about helping children learn and grow. I have a calm and patient personality, and I'm always coming up with creative and imaginative ways to engage children. My approach to childcare is to provide a safe and nurturing environment, while also encouraging children to develop their independence. I believe that play is an important part of learning, and I enjoy playing games with children that are both fun and educational. I'm comfortable caring for children of all ages, from infants to teenagers. I have experience with children who have special needs, and I'm always willing to learn new things to better meet the needs of the children in my care. I'm reliable and organized, and I follow the parents' preferred communication method. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules. I believe that it's important for children to learn to follow rules, and I do so in a fair and consistent manner.
