About Ava

! I'm Ava and I love working with kids. I've always been drawn to helping children learn, grow, and feel supported, which is why I'm pursuing a career in elementary education. I have over a year of experience caring for kids ages 4-12 and worked in an after-school program with the La Mesa-Spring Valley School District, where I supervised and engaged up to 15 children at a time. I'm comfortable managing groups while still making sure each child feels safe and included. I'm patient, creative, and easygoing. I enjoy playing games, doing crafts, helping with homework, and keeping kids active and happy. My goal is always to create a fun, calm, and positive environment where kids feel comfortable and parents feel confident.
