About Ava Frances

Hi there! I'm a head preschool teacher for 3-4-year-olds, and working with young kids has genuinely been one of the most rewarding parts of my life. I'm passionate about creating safe, fun, & nurturing spaces where little ones can grow, learn, and be their wonderfully curious selves. I think strong communication with families is key, so I'm always happy to keep parents in the loop in whatever way works best for them. Beyond the classroom, I've cared for kids of various ages- from toddlers to school-aged - in many different contexts, and I'm very comfortable maintaining structure, following household guidelines, & making sure everyone feels secure and supported. As a psych major, I believe kids can thrive in any situation through emotion regulation and gentle guidance.
