Ava is compassionate, patient, and incredibly attentive to her clients’ needs. She assisted my grandmother with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship — always treating her with dignity and respect. She was also very skilled with hands-on care. Ava safely assisted my grandmother with transfers from bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to toilet, and other mobility needs. She is experienced using mechanical lifts and always made sure transfers were done properly, comfortably, and with full attention to safety. What stood out most was Ava’s reliability and warm personality. She built a genuine bond with my grandmother, which gave our family so much peace of mind.
