About Ava

Hi my name is Ava. I am CPR and First Aid certified, have reliable transportation, and am comfortable with pets. I am also enrolled at SBCC pursuing a nursing career. I am patient, creative, and friendly, and I enjoy outdoor play, games, and educational activities. Bringing joy and nurturing care to children is my passion. I have over seven years of experience sitting/working with children of all ages, from infants to teenagers. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and communicating regularly with parents. I worked for the City of Lompoc for two years as a Recreation Lead and three years as Recreational Staff, providing childcare for 65+ children at a time. My responsibilities included supervising large and small groups, preparing and serving meals, planning daily educational activities, and creating weekly schedules. I also helped with children's parades, children's dances, and special events, ensuring a fun, safe environment. I look forward to caring for your little one :
